Cocktail dip - Serves 1
 
Ingredients
Amount
Hung Curd (cow's skimmed milk)
½ cup
Tomato (finely chopped)¼ medium sized
Cucumber (finely chopped)¼ medium sized
Green Chilly1#
Celery1 Tbsp
Oregano leaves a pinch
Saltto taste
Pepper Powder to taste
Method:
1. Chop finely tomatoes, cucumber, green chilly, and celery.
2. Whisk curd well
3. Add the chopped vegetables to the curd and chill.
4. Serve it immediately along with khakhras, salad, and bread sticks.
  A Very good low-cal salad / snack, crunchy, tasty.
