Talwalkars Better Value Private Limited (TBVF), better known as Talwalkars, opens the 4th Chennai branch of its chain of health centers on 20th February 2008.
Located Opposite Somasundaram Ground, at T Nagar, the center can accommodate about 1,500 to 2000 members and will remain open to public from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The T Nagar gym has a gymnasium, a counseling room, weight loss/gain programs, cardio, spinning, resistance and free weight training, aerobics, yoga and massage center. The gym has state-of-the-art International cardio and strength equipments. The instructors and nutritionists team has undergone intensive training to ensure highest quality services for all members.
