Soya cooking contest

“Soya” yes we all know it. But do we really use it?? No. The reason behind this “no” is that, we really don’t know various dishes that can be made from Soya. And this made us at Thane Eden woods branch of Talwalkars plan a cookery contest with Soya as primary them.

Soya is rich in proteins and minerals and is the most economical source of vegetarian proteins. Soya milk is similar to cow’s milk but much lower in fat content. It is also used as a substitute for milk in children suffering from lactose intolerance. Soya flour is also used for making bread and bread sticks. Soya is not only rich in proteins but also contains a high amount of vitamins and minerals.
